Full-priced items are eligible for exchange and return within fourteen (14) days of being received.
No refund will be issued for the reduced products, however exchanges are possible in this case.
Contact our customer service at support@sunies.eu and let us know the reason you want to exchange or return.We unfortunately can't provide any pre-printed return labels since the customer is liable for the return costs in our website.
Products must be returned in the condition they were received in their original box.
Due to high demand during sales periods, please allow up to 10 working days for the return to come back to us and then a further 10 working days for the return to be processed before contacting us. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

These slides are a game-changer! The shiny shade is stunning and they're incredibly comfortable. I don't want to take them off!
I now have 5 pair of sunies slide sandals and love them all .
I got my first pair while on vacation in Canada and then ordered the rest on line. Had originally wanted the gold butterfly but they didn’t have my size so was so happy to find it on line. I love them!
I also got my favorite color lavender, which I never find in shoes, in flower design and grey flower , also not commonly seen in Sandals. Then I got the seashell design in shimmer.
I use original white butterfly for beach, shimmer for summer house slippers, and the other 3 for everyday.
They are so comfortable, support my feet, and stay on well for slides.
They wash well with a toothbrush by hand or in washing machine.
The gold butterfly is my favorite.
The only thing I would want you to add is to emboss size perhaps on shoe, as I had to guess size I originally bought.
I would have gotten a pair with back strap too but can’t wear sandals that have a strap between the toe
