Returns Policy
Full-priced items are eligible for exchange and return within fourteen (14) days of being received.
No refund will be issued for the reduced products, however exchanges are possible in this case.
Contact our customer service at support@sunies.eu and let us know the reason you want to exchange or return.We unfortunately can't provide any pre-printed return labels since the customer is liable for the return costs in our website.
Products must be returned in the condition they were received in their original box.
Due to high demand during sales periods, please allow up to 10 working days for the return to come back to us and then a further 10 working days for the return to be processed before contacting us. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Shipping
We offer free shipping for most of the countries worldwide. Information about the shipping costs will be shown at the checkout. We dispatch your order within 1 to 2 workdays after we receive the payment. The delivery time depends on the country which the products will be sent.
Volledig geprijsde artikelen kunnen binnen veertien (14) dagen na ontvangst worden geruild en geretourneerd.
Er wordt geen restitutie verleend voor de afgeprijsde producten, maar ruilen is in dit geval mogelijk.
Neem contact op met onze klantenservice via support@sunies.eu en laat ons weten waarom je wilt ruilen of retourneren.We kunnen helaas geen voorbedrukte retouretiketten leveren sinds de klant is aansprakelijk voor de retourkosten op onze website.
Producten moeten worden geretourneerd in de staat waarin ze zijn ontvangen in de originele doos.
Vanwege de grote vraag tijdens verkoopperiodes, kan het tot 10 werkdagen duren voordat de retour naar ons is teruggestuurd en daarna nog eens 10 werkdagen voordat de retour is verwerkt voordat je contact met ons opneemt. Onze excuses voor eventuele ongemak veroorzaakt.
