Full-priced items are eligible for exchange and return within fourteen (14) days of being received.
No refund will be issued for the reduced products, however exchanges are possible in this case.

Products must be returned in the condition they were received in their original box.
Due to high demand during sales periods, please allow up to 10 working days for the return to come back to us and then a further 10 working days for the return to be processed before contacting us. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Shipping
We offer free shipping for most of the countries worldwide. Information about the shipping costs will be shown at the checkout. We dispatch your order within 1 to 2 workdays after we receive the payment. The delivery time depends on the country which the products will be sent.
They are so comfortable and Look so cute. I love the color combo of Lavender and white. They’re gorgeous. Also the Hawaii Design and the butterfly design are my favourites. I have three pairs by now and i wear them all the Time. I‘m probably going to Buy more in the future. Also the packaging is lovely. You really feel appreciated when you receive them.
I also wear them to work for 12 hours at the Time and my feet are Never hurting. Walking is Great in them.
