Full-priced items are eligible for exchange and return within fourteen (14) days of being received.
No refund will be issued for the reduced products, however exchanges are possible in this case.

Products must be returned in the condition they were received in their original box.
Due to high demand during sales periods, please allow up to 10 working days for the return to come back to us and then a further 10 working days for the return to be processed before contacting us. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We offer free shipping for most of the countries worldwide. Information about the shipping costs will be shown at the checkout. We dispatch your order within 1 to 2 workdays after we receive the payment. The delivery time depends on the country which the products will be sent.
I ordered two pairs of Sunies, the Butterfly Pearl and the orange ones, during the 2 for 1 offer. Unfortunately, only one was delivered. I contacted customer service, who provided super fast, friendly and competent help and as one pair was lost during transport, they immediately arranged shipping of the missing one. I totally love the colours, they are the perfect fit for all my summer dresses. I also like the sustainability behind them. Totally looking forward to wear them in summer and during vacation.
I never normally buy flat sandals but these caught my eye and I absolutely love them. They are so stylish and very comfortable too.
Wonderful Shoes, amazing product. Not only do the sunies look so beautiful, they almost „attach“ to your skin and feel so comfortable. Measure your feet! I needed one size bigger than usual. Customer service is very helpful.

The jelly material is stretchy and does not cut into your skin like the kind when I was a kid. Perfect to wear on a rainy day or by the pool. Cute enough to wear to a casual office.
