Full-priced items are eligible for exchange and return within fourteen (14) days of being received.
No refund will be issued for the reduced products, however exchanges are possible in this case.
Contact our customer service at support@sunies.eu and let us know the reason you want to exchange or return.We unfortunately can't provide any pre-printed return labels since the customer is liable for the return costs in our website.
Products must be returned in the condition they were received in their original box.
Due to high demand during sales periods, please allow up to 10 working days for the return to come back to us and then a further 10 working days for the return to be processed before contacting us. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Absolutely love these sandals! They're a little bit narrow for those with a wide foot, but they adjust nicely as they are worn. Classic sandals, perfect for summer! They do have the typical "jelly shoe" smell when you first open the box, but I haven't noticed it while wearing them.
